Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Section 6(a) of the Occupational Safety and Health of 1975: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognize hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to unstable sliding doors that were not safely secured and were gathered with pieces of board. Among other method, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to either remove thh doors and replace it with concrete, install a new sliding door or eliminate the doors. Hazard: The doors may collaps and fall on an employee. La seccion 6(a) d ela Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo de 1975: el patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo que estuviera libre de riesgos reconocidos que estuvieran causando o que pudieran causar muerte o dano fisico serio a empleados, donde los empleados estaban expuestos a: puertas corredizas de madera que no estaban aseguradas y estaban cojidas con pedazos de pizarra. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable de corregir este riesgo es removiendo las puertas y sustituyendo con cemento, o instalar una puerta nueva o eliminarlas. Riesgo: Las puertas pudieran colapsar y caer sobre algun empleado.
