using a seat
belt.  The unit was not equipped with a seatbelt.
ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of
abatement
would be to provide and require the use of the seat belts that is
available from the manufacturer.
(The cited equipment must be tagged in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(i).).
