were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

were exposed to struck by hazards:
a)Fab Shop, Small Mold Shop, Roll Shop - On or about 02/14/06, hooks on
the overhead
cranes were missing a safety latch.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard would be the
installation of a safety latch on the hook as recognized in
1910.181(j)(2)(ii) which states "Safety
latch type hooks shall be used whenever possible."  Also to comply with
the requirements of the
American Society of Mechanical Engineers Standard ASME B30.10-1993, Hooks,
Section 10-
1.1.1.2(b).
