employees moving a freestanding overhead crane system while pushing four

the six legs
supported on dollies, were exposed to a struck-by hazard from the overhead
crane components
when the bridge crane collapsed.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, SOME FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE MEANS TO ABATE
THESE HAZARDS ARE:
a)   Disassemble entire assembly before movement or relocation in
accordance with the
manufacturer;
b)   Keep aisles and passageways clear to provide for free and safe
movement of material
handling equipment and employees;
c)   Remove protruding bolts/nails from floor of passageways prior to
movement of equipment.s
