and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed
to:
a)jobsite, Caterpillar forklift was not equipped with a
seat belt.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to
abate this hazard is to purchase and install upon the fork
lift a universal seat belt kit in accordance with the kit's
instructions.
