North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Facility, Production Area, Bihlers #1, #3, #4 - No load testing on monorails. REF: ANSI B30.11-2.2.2 1998 Load Test NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to ensure that monorail systems are load tested.
