c)Jacket Inspection Area:  during interviews,  it was ascertained that a
self contained eye wash
station near the battery charging area was not tested weekly to ensure
that it would be functional
if needed by employees.
d)Shipping Department:  during interviews,  it was ascertained that a self
contained eye wash
station near the battery charging area was not tested weekly to ensure
that it would be functional
if needed by employees.
REF: ANSI Z38.1-1990 - for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment:
Section 7.5.1 Eye/face wash units
shall be activated weekly to flush the line and to verify proper operation.
An acceptable and feasible method of abatement would be to have an
employee test each eye wash station
weekly to flush the water and if needed, refill the self contained eye
