North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to the following condition: a)3630 Cessna Dr. - where an overhead hoist of unknown capacity was installed in an underhung position and the rated load of the hoist was not legibly marked on the hoist or load block. Feasible Abatement Methods Include: Posting of load rating on the body of the hoist or load block in legible print that can be easily read from the ground.
