mushroom E-Stop button.
c)Cell 1 & 2 - The employer did not provide additional enabling devices
for tasks
requiring more than one person.
Abatement Note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct the
following hazards is to:
Instance a) Perform and document a risk assessment for the tasks in the
protected area;
Instance b) Replace the missing red mushroom E-stop button; and
Instance c) Provide additional enabling devices.
