employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were

recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to
employees in that chemical transfer hoses were not inspected per the
requirements of the Rubber
Manufacturers Association Technical Specification RMA IP-11-7, "Manual for
Maintenance,
Testing, and Inspection of Chemical Hose", 1997 Edition, Revised 2003.
Among the feasible means of abatement would be to comply with RMA IP-11-7,
and  visually
inspect bulk chemical transfer hoses and hydrostatically inspect every 90
days.
Certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR
1093.19(c).
