Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that a powered industrial truck was left u attended while an employee was in a raised work platform. Employer did not enforce the use of manufacturer supplied seatbelts on Hyster Model# S50XM (serial# D187VO1839T) fork truck and bobcat Model# 751 (serial# 515730190). Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).s
