On or about 03/16/06 employees working on automobiles were exposed to
crushing
hazards due to safety latches missing on the hydraulic automobile lift in
bay three.
Among other means, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct
this hazard
is to ensure that safety latches are installed and maintained in good
working condition.
