to ride in the
bucket of Bobcat earthmovers and on grain-o-vator as they are being
operated, exposing
employees to the hazard of lacerations, bruises, fractures, and death.
A feasible and acceptable method of correcting the hazard would be to
follow the
manufactures guidelines and not allow the employees to ride in or on the
bucket of the
Bobcat.
