Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm: On or about March 13, 2006 and March 24, 2006 framing subcontractor's employees performing roofing and decking operations were working from a forklift supported work platform without fall protection and which far exceeded the platform width requirements by 62 inches, exposing the employees to the fall hazards 30 feet from the platform or caught by the SkyTrak JLG Model 8042 tipping over due to the size of the work platform. A feasible means of abatement is to construct a work platform meeting the requirements of ASME B56.6-2002 8.24.-2002
