feet while
washing windows from the roof top without fall protection.

assessment
of the project prior to the start of the project. 2) Supply employees with
the proper length
ladders to perform the job. 3) Ensure employees have the proper fall
protection
equipment prior to sending them to the job. 4) Train employees in the
ANSI/IWCA
STD I-14.1-2001.
