regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under

way were
exposed to the hazard of being struck by oncoming traffic.  A feasible and
useful method to
correct this hazard, among other methods, is to ensure safety vests are
being worn while
working at Farrow Road and I-77.
