recognized hazards

unloading cement, elevated up to the wall by forklift in excess of 22 feet
high at front
entrance of building, was exposed to the hazard of the forklift moving and
causing the
employee to fall to the ground.  A feasible and useful means of abatement,
among others, is
to have the operator at the controls while employee is unloading material.
