Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At Oficina de Educacion Especial in Hatillo, the employees performed
administrative tasks.
There was a roof leak inside the building, when its raining create
slippery conditions, due to wet
floors.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct
this hazard is that the
employer can fix the roof leaks sealing the cracks.
En la Oficina de Educacion Especial en Hatillo, los empleados realizaban
tareas administrativas.
Habia una filtracion dentro del edificio, cuando llueve crea condiciones
resbalosas debido a pisos
mojados.
Un metodo factible y aceptable entre otros metodos para corregir este
riesgo es
que el patrono puede arreglar el techo sellando las grietas.
