Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
In the "Departamento de Salud Asistencia Medica de Utuado" the sampling
results gave
around 1000 ppm of CO2 it is recommended between 700 to 800 ppm.Among other
methods on feasible and acceptable to correct their hazard is that the
employer fix the air
condition system for a proper ventilation.
En el Departamento de Salud Asistencia Medica de Utuado los resultados del
muestreo
dieron alrededor de 1000ppm de CO2 lo recomendado es entre 700 a 800 ppm.
Entre
otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir esos riesgos es
que el patrono
arregle el sistema de aire acondicionado para que haya una ventilacion
adecuada.
