Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:respiratory disease, allergenic reaction and skin irritation and dermatitis. Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a:enfermedades respiratorias, reacciones alergicas e irritacion de la piel y dermatitis. At the AR Waste in Vega Baja were observed two employees working inside the receive gate house without artificial illumination. Employees were exposed to eyes irritation. One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is: 1.Provide artificial illumination. En AR Waste en Vega Baja se observo a dos empleados trabajando dentro de la caseta de recibo sin iluminacion artificial. Empleados fueron expuestos a irritacion en los ojos. Un metodo aceptable y factible para corregir este riesgo es: 1.Proveer iluminacion artificial.
