Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:respiratory disease, allergenic reaction and skin irritation and dermatitis. Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a:enfermedades respiratorias, reacciones alergicas e irritacion de la piel y dermatitis. At the AAA treatment plant in Arecibo, the employer did not provide artificial illumination in the work area, were the employees perform different tasks during the night shift. Employees exposed to falls, tripping hazard and other. One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is: 1.Provide adecuase artificial illumination. En la planta de tratamiento de la AAA en Arecibo, el patrono no proveyo iluminacion artificial en el area de trabajo, donde los empleados realizan diferentes tareas en el turno de la noche. Empleados expuestos a caidas, tropezones y otros riesgos. Un metodo factible para corregir este riesgos es: 1.Proveer iluminacion artificial.
