Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At Trina Padilla School in Arecibo,employees were performing teaching
tasks in the
classroom,there were filtrations in the ceiling and walls.The employees
were exposed to
falls due to wet floors.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct the
hazard
is
eliminated the filtrations.
En la Escuela Trina Padilla en Arecibo,los empleados estaban realizando
tareas de
ensenanza en los salones de clase donde habia filtraciones en el techo y
paredes.Los
empleados estaban expuestos a caidas debido a pisos mojados.
Un metodo factible y aceptable de correccion entre otros m+todos,para
corregir el riesgo
es eliminar las filtraciones.
