Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the warehouse located in Big Kmart in Vega Alta, there was a wall
located in the
merchandise receiving area. The wall had cracks and a little inclination
to the inside of the
warehouse.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct
this hazard is that an
Engineer make a structural study to evaluate the stability of the wall and
repair the wall.
En el almacen localizado en el Big Kmart en Vega Alta, habia una pared
localizada en el area
de descarga de mercancia. La pared tenia grietas y alguna inclinacion
hacia adentro del almacen.
Un metodo viable y aceptable de correccion, entre otros, para corregir
este riesgo es que un
Ingeniero haga un estudio estructural para evaluar la estabilidad de la
pared y reparar la pared.
