The employer Hambleton Group Construction Company Inc. did not had a
written protocol to
handle domestic violence in the workplace, as required by Act for the
implementation of
Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the Workplace or Place
of Employment, Act
No.217 of 2006 for private and public employers .
Hazard: Fatalities, injuries, and illnesses related to domestic violence
in the work place.

protocolo escrito de Violencia Domestica, como es requerido por la Ley
para la implementacion
del Protocolo o Manual en situaciones e Violencia Domestica en los lugar
