Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At " Procuraduria del Veterano and Procuradora de Personas de Edad
Avanzada" Offices in
Arecibo, were found the roof with filtrations, acoustic pannels stained
and
damage.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is that the
employer fix the roof filtrations and replace acoustic pannels.
Riesgos: Employees were exposed to respiratory illnesses such as: asma,
bronchitis and
allergies.
En las  "Oficina del Procurador del Veterano y Oficina de la Procuradora
de personas para Edad
Avanzada" en Arecibo, se encontro filtraciones de techos, paneles
acusticos manchados y rotos.
Entre otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir esos
riesgos es que el patrono
arregle las filtraciones de techo y reemplazar los paneles acusticos.
Hazards: Empleados estaban expuestos a enfermedades respiratorias tales
como: asma, bronquitis
y alergias.
