Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At SU Enrique de Jesus Borras school were found the following hazards: a)In the Spanish,English, Mathematics, Science, Special Education classrooms were observed wet floors due to filtrations. b)In the Spanish and Science classrooms were observed detachment of the coating in the roof. Hazard:Employees were exposed to falls and injuries. Among others methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct their hazard is that the employer correct the filtration problems and fix the roof. En la escuela SU Enrique de Jesus Borras se encontraron los siguientes riesgos: a) En los salones de Espanol, Ingl+s,Matematicas,Ciencia, Educacion Especial se observaron pisos mojados debido a las filtraciones. b)En los salones de Espanol y Ciencia se observo desprendimiento del estucado. Riesgo:Empleados estan expuestos a caidas y lesiones. Entre otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir esos riesgos es que el patrono corrija los problemas de filtraciones y el problema del techo.
