Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: The School Pablo Avila was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health stanadard 6(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309851137, citation number 1 item number 1, issued on December 12, 2007. En la Escuela Pablo Avila fue previamente citado por una violacion de la Norma de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional 6(a) esta incluida en la inspeccion de OSH numero 309851137, citacion numero 1 renglon numero 1, emitida el 12 de Diciembre del 2007. At School Pablo Avila in Arecibo were found the following hazards: A-Acoustic pannels roof stained due to filtrations roof. Among others methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct their hazard is that the employer correct filtrations problems. Hazard:Employees were exposed to allergies. En la Escuela Pablo Avila se encontraron los siguientes riesgos: A- Paneles acusticos de techos manchados debido a filtraciones en el techo.
