furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At School Jose M Pagan in Vega Alta were found the following hazards:
A-Leaks in the roof and bathrooms due to filtrations.
Among others methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct their
hazard is that
the employer correct filtrations problems.
Hazard:Employees were exposed to allergies.
En la Escuela Jose M Pagan se encontraron los siguientes riesgos:
A- Liqueos en el techo y banos debido a filtraciones.
Entre otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir esos
riesgos es que el
patrono corrija los problemas de filtraciones.
