The DRNA in the Cambalache forest in Arecibo, there were employees that
performed diferent
tasks like: maintenance and sometimes reconnected the sanitary pvc
plumbing when its broken.
The septic tank did not had a cover.
Hazard: falls
El DRNA en el Bosque de Cambalache en Arecibo, habian empleados que
realizaban tareas tales
como: mantenimiento y algunas veces reconectar la tuberia sanitaria pvc
cuando se rompe.
El pozo septico no tenia cubierta.

The DRNA did not provide training to his employees related to the
establishment written
protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace, as
required by the Act for the
Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the
Workplace
or Place
of Employment, Act No. 217 of 2006.
Hazard: Fatalities, injuries, and illnesses related to domestic violence
in the workplace.
Method to abate the hazard: Employers shall provide training to all the
establishment's
employees related to its written protocol for the handling of domestic
violence in the workplace.
El DRNA  no proveyo adiestramiento a sus empleados relacionado al
protocolo escrito del
establecimiento para el manejo de violencia domestica en el lugar de
trabajo., requerido por la
Ley para la Implementacion de un Protocolo para el Manejo de Situaciones
de Violencia
Domestica en el Lugar de Trabajo o Lugar de Empleo, Ley No. 217 de 2006.
Riesgo: Muertes, lesiones, y enfermedades relacionadas a violencia
domestica en el lugar de
trabajo.
Metodo de correccio de el reisgo: Los patronos deben proveer
adiestramiento para todos los
empleados del establecimiento relacionado a su protocolo escrito para el
manejo de violencia
domestica en el lugar de trabajo.
