Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban
expuestos
a:
At "Adm. de Correccion - Campamento Sabana Hoyos" in Sabana Hoyos, it was
observed
filtration on walls and ceiling in Superentendent Office (Building #4).
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is that the
employer repair the filtrations.
Hazard: Employees were exposed to respiratory illnesses such as: asma,
bronchitis and allergies;
tripping and falls due to wet floors.
En la "Adm. de Correccion - Campamento Sabana Hoyos" en Sabana Hoyos, se
observaron
filtraciones en paredes y techo en la Oficina del Superintendente
(Edificio # 4). Entre otros
metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgos es que
el patrono arregle las
filtraciones.
Riesgos: Empleados estaban expuestos a enfermedades respiratorias tales
como:
asma, bronquitis
y alergias; resbalones y caidas debido a pisos mojados.
