employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Storage area from "Carrion Cash & Carry Inc.-Supermarket Econo" in
Arecibo, it was
found that the exhaust fans installed in the roof were damage.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct their
hazard is that the
employer fix the roof exhaust fans.
Hazard: Employees were exposed to heat stress and high blood pressure due
to
high
temperature.
En el area del Almacen de "Carrion Cash & Carry Inc.- Supermercado Econo"
en Arecibo, se
encontraron los abanicos de los extractores de techo danados. Entre otros
metodos un metodo
factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es que el patrono arregle
los abanicos de los
extractores que estan instalando en el techo.
Hazards: Empleados estaban expuestos a estresor de calor y alta presion
sanguinea debido a altas
temperaturas.
