Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At "Elementary School Eli Ramos " in Barceloneta (Classrooms Art, # 31
Social Study and #
32 Spanish), were observed roof filtrations. Among other methods one
feasible and acceptable
method to correct their hazard is that the employer fix the roof
filtrations.
Riesgos: Employees were exposed to respiratory illnesses such as: asma,
bronchitis and
allergies.
En la "Escuela Elemental Eli Ramos en Barceloneta (Salones de Clases Arte,
# 31 Estudios
Sociales y # 32 Espanol), se observaron filtraciones de techos. Entre
otros metodos un metodo
factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es que el patrono arregle
las filtraciones de techo.
Hazards: Empleados estaban expuestos a enfermedades respiratorias tales
como: asma, bronquitis
y alergias.
