Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At "Elementary School Eli Ramos " in Barceloneta (Classrooms Art, #31
Social Study and #32
Spanish), were observed roof filtrations.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct their
hazard is that the
employer fix the roof filtrations.
Riesgos: Employees were exposed to respiratory illnesses such as: asma,
bronchettis and
allergies.
En la "Ecuela Elemental Eli Ramos en Barceloneta (Salones de Clases Arte,
#31 Estudios
Sociales y #32 Espanol),  se observaron filtraciones de techos.
Entre otro metodo un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir esos
riesgos es que el patrono
arregle las filtraciones de techo .
Hazards: Empleados estaban expuestos a enfermedades respiratorias tales
como: asma, bronquitis
y alergias.
