Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to lack of knowledge of the handling of domestic violence
situations in the workplace:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a falta de conocimiento para el manejo de situaciones de violencia
domestica en su area de
trabajo:
At "DE Esc. Eli Ramos Rosario, Teachers were observed using the chairs
used by
children, which are uncomfortable and small for teachers. The employer did
not provide
adequate seats for use by teachers.
Hazards: Ergonomic problems such as back pain and other injuries
En el DE Esc. Eli Ramos Rosario, se observo a los maestros utilizando las
sillas que
usan los ninos, las cuales son incomodas y pequenas para los maestros.  El
patrono no
proveyo sillas adecuadas para ser utilizadas por los maestros.
Riesgo: Problemas ergonomicos como dolor de espalda y otras lesiones.os
