Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At "DE Escuela Fernando Callejo.  It was observed in the office of the
social worker that
a wall was cracked. In that office, the employee meets with students and
parents during
their work shift. One feasible and acceptable abatement method among
others, to correct
this hazard is to:  Repair the wall, fill the cracks with cement,
plastered
and paint
Se observo en la oficina de la trabajadora social que una pared estaba
agrietada. En esa
oficina, la empleada se reune con estudiantes y padres durante su turno de
trabajo. Un
metodo factible y aceptable entre otros, para corregir esta condicion es:
Reparar la pared,
rellenar las grietas con cemento, empanetarla y pintarla.la
