a) Warehouse - Seven of eighteen operators were observed operating their
Hyster
lift trucks without wearing the provided seatbelts, on or about July
2,2007.
ABATEMENT NOTE: One feasible and acceptable means of abatement is strict
enforcement
of seatbelt use.
Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The
certification shall
include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of
abatement, and states
