Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee was observed working from a JLG type aerial lift basket without using a personal fall arrest system. The employee had a harnes and lanyard but was not tied off, the emplpoyee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 to 20 feet above grade.
