Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a. Receive serious injuries due to that employees were using extrusion machines number 1,number 2, number 3, number 4 and the employer did not perform hazard assessment. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to do a hazard assessment as required ANSI B11.17-2004, Sec. 5.2, pag. 10. a. Recibir serias lesiones dado a empleados estar usando maquinas de extrusion numero 1, numero 2, numero 3, numero 4 y el patrono no realizo una evaluacion de riesgos. Entre otros metodos, un metodo aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es hacer la evaluacion de riesgos segun requerido por ANSI B11.17-2004, sec. 5.2, pag. 10.
