Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees
in that employees
were exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a.  Receive serious injuries due to column, floor, and wall cracks in
scholar dinning
room building. It has about 6 feet long.  Among other methods, one
feasible and
acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is follow the
recomendation from
Ing. Costa Pereles, Engineer from OMEP Office.
a.  Recibir lesiones serias dado a columnas, piso y paredes agrietadas en
edificio de
comedor escolar. Tenian cerca de 6 pies de largo. Entre otros metodos, un
metodo
aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es seguir las recomendaciones
del Ingeniero
Costa Pereles, Ingeniero de las oficinas de OMEP.
