employee was exposed to:  crushing hazards by riding in the bucket of a
moving  wheeled
loader, also referred to as a "skid steer".

at times prior thereto, an employee was riding in the bucket of a
Thomas-137
skid steer.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method to correct this hazard is to train and require employees to operate
wheeled
loaders in accordance with the Construction Industry Manufacturers
Association
(CIMA) safety manual on Wheel Tractor/Loader.  This manual states, "Never
use a
bucket or blade for a work platform or personnel carrier."
