harness attached to the retractable lanyards while the PIT was moving.
ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method is to enforce the recommended operating procedures listed in the
operator's
manual for the Crown PIT.
Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item.
