Act Number 217 of September 29, 2006. The The protocol must include the

minimum requirements: A public policy statement,legal basis and
applicability,
responsabilities of the personnel, and uniform procedures and measures to
be followed
in order to handle the cases. It has to be evalueted and certified by the
Women's
Advocate Office.
