that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees

were exposed to:

estaban expuestos

a.  Receive serious injuries or death due to fall forklift, trademark
Crown, serial 6 A-
216210, model 2748 W-FC-5PBD over employees.  In the storage area, were
observed employees were lifting a forklift trademark Crown, serial 6
A-216210,
model 2748 W-FC-5PBD at 39 inches high with another forklift, trademark
Caterpilar, serial A-210260721, model 21025 for repairment, and change
tires,
without tie it to avoid fall. Among other methods, one feasible and
acceptable
abatement method to correct this hazard is follow the manufacturer's
recommendations.
a.  Recibir lesiones serias o muerte dado a caida de montacarga, marca

6 A-216210, modelo 2748 W-FC-5PBD sobre empleados.   En area de almacen,
fueron observados empleados levantando un montacarga, marca Crown, serie 6
A-
216210, modelo 2748 W-FC-5PBD a 39 pulgs. con otro montacarga marca
Caterpilar, serie A-210260721, modelo 21025 para reparaciones y cambio de
gomas,
sin amarralo para evitar que se caiga.   Entre otros metodos, un metodo
aceptable y
posible de corregir este riesgo es segir las recomendaciones del
manufacturero.
