Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) On or about 7/10/06 in the Mold area; movement of the Drag Shuttle is not indicated by a signalling device exposing employees to caught between/crushing hazards. Feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this condition would be installation of items such as, but not limited to, strobe lights, audible alarms (e.g. horn, bell, siren), rotating beacon, etc. as indicated in ANSI B30.2.0-1967, and as installed elsewhere in the facility. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
