company's written safety manual section 9, pages 23, and 24 which read:
Employees exposed to the dangers
of falling from a height of greater than 6 feet are not permitted to work
without fall protection.
Stay 6 feet away from all unguarded edges unless you are wearing personal
fall protection equipment.
