Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions
of employment and
a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to
electrical hazards
while occupying a temporary migrant labor camp.
Temporary Migrant Labor Campsite - Workers were exposed to electrical
hazards as follows:
a) Two workers living in the trailer located at 6278 Globe Rd. were
exposed to
the following:
1. Live electrical wires were protruding from the bathroom light
fixture located over the sink.

permanent and continuous in that it was not grounded.

following:
1. An energized refrigerator was located outside of this trailer,
completely exposed to the elements and had exposed live wiring
