Over Protection System (ROPS)
hazard during tip-over:
a)facility - for an employee observed operating a Hyster Forklift truck
(Model 55) without
wearing the installed seat belt during operation.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among other, to correct this
hazard is to have
operators fasten the seat belt while operating equipment.
