employees in that: Employee(s) was exposed to fall hazards while
performing job related duties when
employee(s) was permitted to work from a job made box lifted by the forks
of a TEREX SS 1048 forklift. The
TEREX SS 1048 forklift should not be used to elevate personnel, as it is
not designed for this purpose.
One feasible, and acceptable abatement method among others to correct this
hazard is to comply with page 1-6
of the operators manual that reads: DANGER  Never use the Square Shooter
as a platform for lifting
personnel.
