Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of falling: (a) Location - 6 Cherry Hill Drive, Danvers, MA; On or about 09/14/2006, an employee was exposed to a fall from a scissor lift platform. Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means to correct this hazard include, but are not limited to: Utilize the chain midrail provided as part of the guardrail system of the scissor lift.or
