(a)On or about 08/25/06, an employee of Donel Enterprises, Inc. dba
Miracle Car Wash
was located 10'-15' in front of the car wash exit, and was exposed to
being struck by a
SUV exiting the car wash in an unsafe manner. One feasible and acceptable
method to
correct this hazard is to ensure that each employee responsible for
driving vehicles on
car wash property has a valid U.S. driver's license to prove they are
qualified to operate
vehicles in a safe manner. Also, ensure that the driver of the vehicle
sounds the horn
before exiting the car wash.
